How your order gets from our warehouse in Korea to you: shipping options, costs, couriers, and pickup.
Shipping methods
1️⃣ Use SEOUL4PM’s Forwarder (Default)
We arrange international shipping on your behalf under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. This means that the buyer is responsible for import duties taxes and any customs-related fees at the destination.
If you prefer DDP (duties paid by SEOUL4PM), please mention it in the Additional Requests section below in the Order Request Page.
When is the shipping fee collected?
Once your order is confirmed and packed, we will inform you of the final shipping fee and the courier being used.
Which courier do you use??
We currently partner with UPS,FedEx and DHL.
Shipping Fee
Before the quantity of the items is confirmed, you can check the shipping fees in Product Detail Pages or My Cart.

Please be aware that international shipping is charged per box, not by total weight. The shipping cost is calculated by the number of boxes, based on the rates shown in the shipping guide.
2️⃣ Use Your Own Forwarder
If you prefer to handle shipping on your own, you’re welcome to use your own forwarder or arrange for a pick-up from our warehouse in Korea.

Shipping to your forwarder’s warehouse within Korea
Please select the “I’ll arrange with my freight forwarder” option in the Order Request and enter your forwarder’s address. Charges depend on whether the shipment is arranged under FOB or EXW terms.
- For FOB shipments, the fee is USD 35 per shipment plus USD 3.50 per box. SEOUL4PM bears domestic logistics costs through export loading. This does not mean that all packing, pallet work, or other services are included.
- You may use your own forwarder for orders of USD 7,000 or more, or for shipments to the United States, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
For EXW warehouse pickup, SEOUL4PM does not charge a separate shipping fee; you arrange your own forwarder and pickup. This does not mean all additional services are free. Please confirm any applicable service charges with your account manager before pickup.
