The number of units per box differs by product, and each product page shows it.

Most products are pre-orders that we buy from the brand once your order comes in, so you pay in two steps. You pay a 30% deposit on each item at checkout and the balance, plus shipping, before each shipment leaves our warehouse in Korea. Orders made up only of in-stock items need no deposit.

SEOUL4PM sets no minimum amount for your order as a whole. Some brands set their own minimum order amount (MOA). For those brands, we pool your order with orders from other buyers until the combined total reaches the brand's MOA, so items from that brand may take longer to ship. If the combined total falls short, we cancel those items and return their deposits as store credit. Store credit has no expiry date, and your SEOUL4PM account manager can refund those deposits to your original payment method if you ask.
